Who is KimberMarie?
I studied Anthropology in 2015 because I love art, culture, and people. My love for people and creativity are now my bread and butter. I blend sharp legal strategy with a deep understanding of creativity, culture, and brand identity. With a background rooted in the social sciences, communication, and a passion for helping creators protect what they’ve built, I approach IP law not just as enforcement - but as empowerment. My work is guided by integrity, clarity, and a vision for a more informed and human-centered approach to brand protection in the digital age.
P.S. when I'm not protecting IP, I'm storytelling: subscribe to my YouTube channel where I do 2 things:
(1) demystify the law one movie reference at a time.
(2) help lawyers & law firms learn personal branding (& how to leverage it).
